I’m a master’s student in composition and rhetoric at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I hold a graduate teaching assistantship and teach the two courses in Miami’s first-year composition requirement, Composition and Rhetoric (ENG111) and Composition and Literature (ENG 112). I hold a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana State University, where I worked in the Writing Center, as well as in multiple positions at the student newspaper, the Indiana Statesman. My research interests involve composition pedagogy, transfer, assessment, and higher education curriculum.
